The Vaughan Family

Well, today was a first! Doing a family portrait in fog was pretty challenging. Regardless, it gave a really dramatic feel to the shoot. The gorgeous Vaughan family made my job an easy one; it's a joy to work with a family who are so close, their love respect for each other was palpable. Here are a few of my personal favourites.

I had a glorious afternoon with Lucy and her gorgeous family. The weather was practically tropical for November, the light was just lovely and there were still some great autumn colours around. The whole family were a joy to shoot, I couldn't think of a nicer way to spend a Sunday afternoon. These are just a few of my personal favourites.

Family

It was really fabulous to see my sister and her family this weekend. It seemed too short though, and the place is very quiet without them. It was my first visit from my gorgeous niece Jasmine who was a gem the entire weekend, not a peep! And my nephew Jordan was full of energy and a real cheeky chappy. It's amazing how quick they grow up.

The Tucker Family

Despite the grey skies and drizzle, I still managed to have a great shoot with the Tucker Family, especially considering the beautiful colours of autumn leaves. Jamie was so full of energy, that I went home from the shoot exhausted but happy.

Morven & Matt

I spent a lovely afternoon with Morven & Matt yesterday, making the most of the gorgeous weather. We had a quick walk to Queens Park, and then a nice stroll across the road to Bushy Park where we were greeted by the deer calling to each other and we were excited to see one of the deer wade through the pond and then walk right in front of us.

What started out as a very grey and miserable start, turned into a gorgeous sunny day. And what better way  to spend it than photographing the lovely Penny & Gary at Hampton Court Palace.
